The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the inside sales department. As well as, increasing revenue and lead creation by focusing on proactively prospecting and qualifying targeted leads using the telephone and email with the goal of converting leads to new opportunities and sales for Bracket.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Note: Other duties may be assigned.
Develop the inside sales department for Bracket
Prospect, develop, maintain sales pipeline to consistently grow sales
Perform high volume of cold calls/emails/inmails to prospect and develop qualified leads
Schedule appointments with prospective clients and Sales Director
Increase customer awareness, knowledge and interest in Bracket’s products
Create strategic call plans to support sales activities
Organize and prioritize sales lead information into CRM
Achieve performance objectives set by sales management
Develop strong market/competitive knowledge
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 yeas inside sales experience with proven track record of success
Strong interpersonal communication skills and impeccable communication etiquette
High level of customer services for both internal and external clients
Good working knowledge of CRM (salesforce.com preferred)
Must be proficient in MS Office
Strong team player yet able to work independently
Must be composed under pressure
Biotech or pharmaceutical industry a plus
