Position Overview:

The Scale Management and Translations Associate facilitates the delivery of scale management deliverables including clinical instrument identification, scale acquisition, and linguistically validated translations for assigned projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Note:  Other duties may be assigned.

 Execute scale management requirements from scale due diligence to contract and licensing

 Coordinate and communicate with scale authors, copyright holders, or distributors regarding project status and logistics

Assist with coordination of Clinical Resource review of required translations

Assist with project tracking and communication 

 Assist with source documentation creation and QC activities (document formatting, back-translation review, etc.) for scale management projects, as assigned

Prepare weekly project status reports including weekly/monthly metrics for manager and department reporting

Assist in maintenance of scale library and database regarding licensing costs, language availability, licensing requirements and restrictions

Skills & Competencies

 Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at once in deadline-sensitive environment

Great communication and writing skills, customer service oriented

Preferred:

Clinical trials and CRO experience a plus
